We wrote a book (actually two) and we’re thrilled to tell you about them!
Today I’m here with a special guest Sarah Michelle Bliss. We’ve been lucky to work together for the past 25 years, and a couple of years ago she came to me and said we needed to write a book. We’ve been working on it ever since, and now we’ve had it published. It’s called “8 Ways to Dominate Any Real Estate Market.”
Sarah says that writing this was a pleasure because she’s known me for so long and wanted to memorialize the story of how I got started as a real estate agent. It also tells her story of starting as a very young agent. We wrote about how our brokerage became what it is now, 20 years later. In the book, we discuss what our clients contributed to our stories and success. We wouldn’t be here if it weren’t for the thousands of people who have trusted our team to help them buy and sell over the years. We wanted to discuss this today because you may know someone who wants to begin a real estate career or who already is a Realtor but needs a little motivation.
About halfway through the process of writing our book, I said, “Wouldn’t it be nice if we added a companion journal that supports our book and helps people take action to apply the principles?” So we wrote a companion journal too!
