I’m sharing excellent news: Our property values have gone up significantly in the last five years!

I have some excellent news for you: Property values have gone up more than 30% in the last five years in the Phoenix Metropolitan area! Back in 2015, the median price for a home was $233,000. Every year that number increased, and now the median price in 2019 hit $306,500, the highest I’ve ever seen. In just five years, that’s a 31.5% increase.

The median price of houses is found by taking the price of every home on the market and averaging them together to see what lies right in the middle, the bulk of our market. What does this mean for you? If you own real estate, the value of your property has likely gone up by 31.5%. If you don’t own real estate, you’ve missed out on this amazing appreciation.
